🔐 Version Control Principles

✅ Append-Only Policy: Documents are never deleted, only added or merged

📅 Automated Backups

A cron job runs daily at 7:00 PM ICT to synchronize:

• All skills from /opt/data/skills/
• Memory files from /opt/data/memories/
• Session transcripts from /opt/data/sessions/
• Configuration (config.yaml, SOUL.md)
• Checkpoints and deliverables

Conditional Backup: The system now detects changes before committing — only new or modified files trigger a backup commit. This prevents unnecessary commits when nothing has changed.

Delivery: Backup reports sent to Telegram (@AlessiaPowersBot)
